This is a first for me. "Blogging." Who knew? For those interested, what I want this to be used for is "iron sharpening iron" (Proverbs 27:17) type stuff. What I mean is, I want to post blogs that help edify, encourage, and strengthen the faith of believers at Wynne Baptist Church and anyone else who might come across this blog.
I hope it will be used to point others to links of information I have found helpful for my own walk with the Lord. I hope others will post comments from their spiritual journey that will challenge and encourage me.
All that to say, when I title a blog "Officially a Blogger...for the Glory of Christ," that's exactly what I want it to be. A blog for me to share thoughts that will (hopefully) encourage and inform insights that I have learned from the word and other God-centered sources, and for you to share your thoughts, opinions, challenges, and encouragements as well.
